Welcome to the Kappa Beta website!

We are the Nation's oldest, and foremost Fraternity for Engineers, founded on October 15th, 1904 at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis! In the beginning, there were our four principal founders; Erich J. Schrader, Elwin L. Vinal, Isaac B. Hanks, William M. Lewis. Kappa Beta, the chapter here at Mississippi State University, was founded on November 21st, 1964, and has grown into one of the most storied and successful chapter in the nation!

Our Purpose

The purpose of Theta Tau is develop and maintain a high standard of professional interest among it members, and to unite them in a strong bond of fraternal fellowship.
